"Patti and Ursula's logo says "The Power of Partnership" and Hal and I found it to be a fitting slogan.  The moment we asked them "What are the steps we need to take before the - For Sale Sign goes up- "The Machine" was set in motion.  We couldn't believe how fast their gardener, house cleaners and stagers got Hal's house ready to sell.  I would have take us weeks, with not as good results.  Patti and Ursula wanted Hal's house on ;the market for two weeks, in order to have as many people as possible see the house, so they did not accept offers until after two weeks - and just as planned, it sold in two weeks!  So... that of course meant we had to find a new house!  Fortunately we found a house in the neighborhood we wanted, that we loved.  The only problem was a few other people loved it too.  We made and offer, along with a few other people and we got the house:  I feel that Patti and Ursula's experience and professionalism was a real advantage. 

In short, from start to finish, everything went amazingly smooth.  Patti and Ursula can guide even someone who knows nothing about real estate through the steps and paperwork of selling and buying a house.  It really pays to work with experienced professionals.

I moved several times before, and I had to sell my house and buy another one each time. 

This time, as before, my biggest concern was how to sell my house and also find the house that we would like to spend most of our lives in and buy it:  this timely buying and selling is essential to minimize your expenses.

After the first meeting, Patti and Ursula gave us a plan with an analysis on the value of our house (which turned out to be exact when the house was sold).  The plan certainly included a schedule for how soon the house may be sold, and how they could help us to find the house we would want to buy.  Right then we developed the trust that you would normally need to develop with your realtor.  The rest is "smooth sailing: The selling and buying of a house should be a fun experience and it was in this case; with Patti and Ursula.
